I know this is strictly a legal question but i think there are users here that can probably point me in the right direction.
The ECJ has given a ruling on anti-dumping duty on leather footwear. The case of interest to me is C & J Clark International Ltd vs HMRC. (http://www.courthousenews.com/2016/02/04/court-guts-eus-duty-on-asian-le...)
Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction to where i'd be able to follow/track proceedings? Other than doing a google news search i don't know where to start.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Does that help?
As you suggest, you can set a Google alert to be emailed when there is news of the case in the UK courts.

It is apparent then, that
It is apparent then, that most court cases appear on www.bailii.org .
However, please can someone shed some light as to why some concluded cases may not necessarily appear on www.bailii.org,
ie maybe due to an appeal ?, or due to court failing to pass on details ( admin oversight ) ? or some other reason ?
many thanks
BAILII is funded by donations & has limited resources. It is not, in that sense, an 'official' website. They publish what they can but they do not, for example, publish any decisions of the Crown Court, nor do they publish EVERY decision of the Court of Appeal in England & Wales, nor do they have on their site all older decisions of the courts.
If there is a particular decision of which you are aware but which they have not published you can always request them to get it & publish it, using the FEEDBACK form on their site.

Which websites could I check for details of Crown court cases please ?
Crown Court cases
Law reports of completed Crown Court cases are not published. Of course newspapers carry reports about some Crown Court cases.
If you want to know what's happening in a case currently in the Crown Court you can turn up at court & sit in the public gallery! (You will most likely be the only member of the public there. If you sit in the public gallery you are not allowed to made sound or video recordings of the proceedings.)
Short of that you can find out online what cases are listed in Crown Courts each day (Google 'Crown Court daily lists') & you can get limited information (online) on what is happening in (almost) real time via XHIBIT. This will tell you things like 'Court 5 R v John Smith - 11:06 Witness 3 sworn' but nothing more than that (so you won't know who the witness is or what their evidence is or what charges the defendant faces or what the outcome is).
However the proceedings of the UK Supreme Court are televised & recorded. You can access the live TV & the recordings online (Google 'UK Supreme Court' for more details.)
David
P.S. If you yourself are a witness or a jury member in a Crown Court case you must NOT view information about the case online or in newspapers, or sit in the public gallery, until your involvement with the case is over.
