Window Comb Binder Cover

Window Comb Binder Cover

Didn't find your answer?

Hello

I require personalised window cover for comb binding, for my final accounts.

Does anyone here have a stationery supplier that can do this for me?

Kind Regards

D

I tried Google

My search comprised of 'window covers for comb binding' and it came with these:

Any good commercial printers (not the shop front franchise places who wouldn't know a litho press if one came crashing through the window) will print these for you.

I call them accounts covers but Ifor you ask for window cut set presentation covers they will know what you mean.

email ?

why not try and get clients to accept email pdf accounts then you can design your own front covers and dont have to bother with expensive printers ( and thereby save costs)

Look pretty but

For years when I worked full time in practice we issued clients accounts with covers and I never really thought about them.

In 1999 I left practice and started to receive accounts in covers from our then auditors;the spiral bound accounts were a pain for me to file and I realised that supplying accounts in such a manner was more pomp than practical use to the client.

These days I run a  small part time practice, accounts are on plain white paper with a staple top left. As mentioned in above post clients are becoming more interested in pdf  sets and you will save vast amounts of time not having to bind the accounts.

I totally disagree, but obviously respect others' opinions.

I have NEVER handed over* a set of accounts to a client without one copy being bound in professionally printed window covers.

For me, presentation is very important. It's basic professionalism.

I've (on more than one occasion) given bound accounts to a client and been complimented in terms of "that's better than what our previous accountants gave us; theirs looked very amateurish".

It costs me £120 for a box of 500 front and back printed covers. It hardly breaks the bank!

Just my opinion :-)

presentation

you have a point about presentation .. whats the point of doing some great accounting work (!?) and then be let down by typos and bad/sloppy  presentation

I wouldnt go as far as using printers . I suppose you could use standard clear transparent covers  ( rather than windows) and then design your own logo on the inside cover page on the standard a4 sheets you use for printing the accounts pages themselves ( you could use higher quality coloured pages ! to make it different)

For clients who specifically request bound accounts , I just use standard window  with binding strips
