Quick Books Filing Online

Quick Books Filing Online

Didn't find your answer?

We have just upgraded from 2005 to 2008 for our payroll. Filing online is a nighmare because of the two different versions. We need to keep some of the info on 2005 due to the currency problem in 2008 and because two versions on the computer we cant file anything on line. Quickbooks has said to back up all the info and delete 2005 from the computer but I am reluctant to do this until I know that it will work. Has anyone else been down this route?

Why bother?
You should have bought QB2006 (which is still for sale), and then you'd have had multi currency, vat and payroll, all supported, and you'd have avoided all the trouble. Can you not still do this - upgrade 2005 to 2006 and then put 2008 back in its box until QB have got their act together.
