I am happily using PTP at present for tax compliance but have just come across TaxCalc.
It is very competitively priced for an unlimited number of tax returns. Has anyone in practice used it if so any comments will be appreciated.

TaxCalc
I've used TaxCalc for a few years now and found it to be fine on the whole. You can input to on-screen tax return, or more user-friendly input screens, where you can add memos, add different bits together, use wizards to list items (e.g. dividends, interest etc). FBI has not been a problem and, overall, I would recommend it.
Taxcalc
Been using this since it was first introduced by Which? before they were taken over by Intuit.
Very easy, user friendly and unlimited at a very competitive price. They have also now introduced Corp Tax as part of Taxcalc Pro. (although still waiting for Revenue to get their forms sorted)
Their support is top rate by email or phone. emails replied to same day (most of the time).
I am told they are also developing links to various accounts packages.
Used it last year for FBI with no problems. Would definitely recommend.
