Recharging of wages to another company

We are a limited company (VAT registered) and have an employee who works 2 days a week with us and 2 days a week with another company. The employee is paid through our payroll and then we invoice the other company for the 2 days. Can someone please advise me how I should be recharging for the 2 days.
