I have it in the back of my mind that the £8000 can be upped by HMIT but can't find anthing as to what circumstances might qualify for this.

I have been informed that the move will cost £26k !!! The two companies will share the cost 50/50.

(a) am I right ?
(b) what woul qualify my client ?
