Sage 50 or VT?

A client's  accounts have previously been done on spreadsheet. The book-keeper has a somewhat erratic attention to detail, and I make a number of amendments. Which is likely to be easier to manage?

I really dislike sage.  It is difficult to work with and costly.  VT is much easier for everyone to get to grips with.

VT... Unless

Unless Sage does something you need (concurrent users?) that rules out VT then I would definately use VT.

because if the bookkeeper makes a mess with Excel, then there's scope for them to make a really huge mess with Sage, resulting in your having to unpick it all...

Use anything, just stay well clear of Sage.

Actually, just go with VT - you won't regret it.

VT verus Sage

VT is by far much more user friendly and forgiving - Sage can be a nightmare!
