Sage Line 50 e-banking with RBS

The Sage manual for e-banking simply says "contact your bank for the necessary software at their end". We bank with the RBS, whio now tell us that their software isn't compatible, so we need to get third party software - but they can't tell us which!!

Does anybody out there actually use e-banking? And has anybody found a reasonably priced piece of software to provide the link?
