SAGE Line 50 - new company set up

The Company I have started to work for is running SAGE Line 50 V8 with multi comapnies and I want to set up a new company but copying supplier records and nominal structure from one of the others.In the new comapny wizard it says you can create a new company and at the same time convert data from one of youe earlier comapnies into it,but either I'm going daft or blind but I fail to see where this option is offered.
Can anyone help/advise steps please?
