Sage Payroll reports include leavers

I am running a Payment Summary History report in Sage Payroll but the report only includes current staff. Does anyone know how I can include leavers in the report? For example if I run the report for May 2006, it only includes the staff that are still on the payroll.

Previous employment also included
One added problem if you are trying to use this report to reconcile to accounting records is that it generally includes any income from a previous employment for new employees. This will have been added so that Sage calculates tax correctly.

Payroll
Go to 'Criteria' and untick 'Exclude current year leavers' and then you will see all the employees in the list.
