I have a Workbook with sixteen worksheets. When making a change on any one of the worksheets the change happens on all the other worksheets too. I am unable to copy and paste the individual worksheets to a new file . Please help!

Ungroup sheets?
Try right clicking on a tab with the sheet title and select 'Ungroup'
I'm making the assumption they've been grouped to start with.
