Service Software

Service Software

Didn't find your answer?

I have a client in the business of servicing clinical, medical and sanitary waste units. They use Sage Line 50 for the accounts and a mixture of Access databases and excel spreadsheets to control the scheduling of service visits. We are looking for software to replace the databases and spreadsheets, preferably with links to Line 50.
The software needs to store details of equipment held at each customer site, frequency of service required and contract renewal dates. We then want the prog to produce suggested schedules per week and automatically raise invoices 6 weeks prior to the contract renewal date (annual)

Service management software
Dear Vicki

We are a London based Navision Solution Centre whose service management software may well suit your particular purpose. Navision has long been a leading provider of accounting and business management software.

Of particular interest to you may be the ability for us/you to customise the software to suit a particular purpose, matching your business processes.

This needn't be prohibitively expensive either, these development tools allow us get a system to you gives you a 100% fit for the business.

There are other ways too in which we can, for example, we can help increase value to your customers. These same tools would allow you to deploy information to each customer, regarding service status, fault logging etc.

I would need to find out a little more about your particular requirements but believe that we could offer an compelling solution.

Please feel free to contact me on 020 8445 7060 and we can if you wish discuss the matter further.

Kind regards
