Simple partnership agreements

Hey

Do you guys/girls draw up simple partnership agreements or leave this to a solicitor?

I have been approached by a client to give advice on the various legal structures for a business venture with 3 other people.

I have also been asked if I can draw up the necessary contracts but am starting to think it may be best left to the experts......

Shame to turn away work but obviously we want to be happy that we can do as good a job as a solicitor would!

I know simple contracts can be downloaded from the net for a charge and then tailored to the individual circumstances............
