Stock Transfer or Purchase of Own Shares

Stock Transfer or Purchase of Own Shares

Didn't find your answer?

Have small co client with two directors each owning one share (50% of total issued share cap). Business has debts and not profitable enough to sustain two directors. One has agreed to leave so long as doesn't have to repay his overdrawn loan account and no longer guarantor re bank borrowings. And where can I download a stock transfer form (J10?) from?

Stock Transfer or Purchase of Own Shares
Thanks for that.

Not sure if first part of my question appeared but what needs to be considered in deciding which option is best or most practical? i.e. should the company repurchase the shares as opposed to a transfer to other shareholder?

Any further help or guidance would be greatly appreciated also.
