superannuation forms

superannuation forms

Didn't find your answer?

The superannuation forms have to be submitted by the 28th February 2006. I have done the calculations for our doctor clients, and come up with a contribution due.

Could anyone tell me what credit they get against the contributions due. Is it the the amounts paid during the tax year 2004/05, or is the amounts paid on account from when the new superannuation terms came in on 1st April 2004 to the year end of a particular doctors practice? (for example 30th June 2004 year end - 3 months).

I suggest you look at Keith Sandow's posting "GP's Superannuation" on 30 December 2005. It covers all the main aspects of this and refers to a situation of 30 June year-ends.
