Tax Advice needed

My friends, who have a buy to let business of 60 properties, have just moved North from Surrey to the Blackpool/Southport area.

They urgently need a pro-active accountant who is versed in taxation matters. Unfortunately, a tax enquiry is in progress, which has been handled mostly so far by the couple themselves rather than their current inefficient accountant. Someone experienced in negotating with HMRC is required. Any offers?
