A UK LLP has invested in NZ property. Under NZ law [which has no LLP's] the LLP is treated as a body corporate, so pays NZ corporation tax.
How do the UK members claim tax relief for the NZ CT tax paid-if indeed they can/?
Do they claim under the treaty, under unilateral relief, claim non discrimination treatment in NZ under Art 23 of the treaty, or what other ideas do people have?
