Tax deducted in error form interest paid in Ireland to UK Company

Client company (UK resident etc.) had withholding tax deducted in error from interest paid to it in Republic of Ireland. This has been sorted out now and interest is now paid gross. Does anyone know how to get the tax back? (or even if you can)?
