We will shortly be opening an additional office in another location and, whilst its success is not dependant on attracting significant numbers of new clients, telemarketing has been suggested as a way of accelerating the process.
This is not an invitation to telemarketing companies to extol the virtues of their services, but to practitioners who have had personal experiences of such firms.
We are aware of some practitioners who have tried telemarketing and paid a lot for or minimal results. Or merely paid to gain short-term clients.
So, is there anyone out there who has paid modest sums and obtained excellent results?

Very Successful
About 5 years ago we took the strategic aim of growing . We attempted to buy blocks of fees but with no success ( - I think this was a blessing in disguise)
We then started to use telemarketing and it has been a great success. In that time we have only acquired two clients who were with us for a short time.Given the cost structure of the company that we use there was still additional profit from these two. As a rough guide we have probably doubled our fee base at the least.
