Telepay wages fax transmission - there must be...

Didn't find your answer?

We prepare the wages for one client of our who uses Telepay with Llloyds TSB.

We have to manually complete fax transmission forms each month.

This seems awfully old fashioned nowadays and I wondered if anyone had any advice on otherways that the salaries could be paid through Lloyds.

It is not unique and an old client had the same system with NatWest.

Just in case it is relevant we use Payroll Manager by Moneysoft.

Thanks in advance.

Yes
I used to pay wages via Lloyds and we had a dial up PC link controlled by a chip and pin card. Now that was 8 years ago and I suspect things have advanced abit since then!

you could use BACS
Your Moneysoft Payroll Manager can create BACs payment files in a variety of formats (Lloyds TSB, NatWest etc). These can then be imported into BACs software supplied by that particular bank.
