Telephone number for CAA team?

The CAA team have made mistakes when processing a couple of our 64-8s. I would like to call them to sort it out, but I can't find a phone number for them on the HMRC website. Does anyone know if it is possible to contact them by phone?

Also, not entirely unrelated, does anyone know how I can get an agent reference for a newly set up accountancy firm? It is asked for on the 64-8 but I can't find a way of getting one.
