Transfer of shares

Transfer of shares

Didn't find your answer?

Can anyone tell me where to get a stock transfer form, so that some shares in a private limited company can be sold from one shareholder to another, and how to register the change? I'd be most grateful.

Can anyone please shed any light on what to do with these blaste

I always file them with the minutes so that I know where they are if anybody asks for them.

I can't believe that the Revenue told you to send them to Co Ho.

On second thoughts, I can.

On a slightly different note...
...I've a few clients who've recently had shares transferred (mainly within the family) for nil sales value. The Inland Revenue sent the forms back to me stating that they don't need to be stamped because there's no stamp duty (fair enough) and tell me to send them to companies house.

Companies house then promptly return the forms and tell me to send them to the Inland Revenue since they don't need them at CH.

Can anyone please shed any light on what to do with these blasted forms?

Thanks for your help.
