UK pensioner employed overseas

Didn't find your answer?

Where a UK pensioner (aged 66) goes to work overseas in a country where the pensionable age is 70, does he still have to pay that country's NI?

I recall from somewhere that if you are a pensioner in your own country, then you are exempt from NI in another European country regardless of the retirement age there. But I can't find this in writing anywhere!
