unsatifactory software supplies

Didn't find your answer?

Can anyone recommend specialists who can obtain compensation, or a recovery of costs, in cases where software suppliers have failed to deliver the product as promised?

Have you thought about an abitrator?
To try and patch things up, assuming that the relationship has not totally broken down, before you resort to legal action.

I'm not implying that this is the case here but in a lot of situations like this, the end result has been caused by suppliers and customers who are talking and comparing apples to pears.

Did the supplier provide a clear defined and accurate terms of reference for what they were going to do? Have any changes to the ToR been documented and agreed by both parties. Have the project controls been strong enough by both parties?
