VAT rates Poland

 Our business sells children's clothes to individuals (non - vat regd) in Europe. We are likely to trigger distance selling thresholds in several countries requiring registration in those places. In particular Poland currently has a reduced rate for some children's items of 7%. Does anyone out there know exactly which items are covered. We can find plenty of vague descriptions but no detail. Is it age related for example?  The british chamber of commerce and ukti have been worse than useless ( the latter never bother to reply to emails or tels) - has anyone else found that to be true?
