I am trying to file accounts for a small company ltd by guarantee, but i do not seem to see the relevant form on webfiling, for periods after 06/04/2008.
Do companies Ltd by guarantee file electronically?

As far as I know, and based on a recent experience with a charity constituted as a co ltd by guarantee, you need to file these manually.

Assuming that you wish to file abbreviated accounts (it is much quicker just to post a paper copy of the full accounts rather than enter all the figures to file them online), use the same ABBRV .PDF template that you would use for a company limited by shares. Don't enter any share capital - the total at the bottom of the balance sheet will probably show as "Shareholders funds", but does it matter? You will need to insert an additional note to say that the company is limited by guarantee. Job done.
