What to do in insolvency

What to do in insolvency

Didn't find your answer?

Hi

Can anyone summarise how to deal with a company going into insolvency; what the processes are etc.?

Are there any good resources on the internet?

Thanks in advance.

Define 'Deal With'

It would be helpful if you expanded on your relationship with said company.

insolvency practitioner

Your client needs to speak to an insolvency practitioner. If there are no assets there are other options but your question suggests that you are not experienced in this field so best to pass it on.
