What format to dowload a BBM statement to reconcile in Sage?

Hi everyone

I am trying to import by bank statements into Sage to use e-reconcile.  I have set up a bank record and have the configuration pointing at the right folder but it will not pick up the information on the bank statement I have downloaded! Do you know what format it needs to be saved in?
