What is an Integrated CRM solution?

What is an Integrated CRM solution?

Didn't find your answer?

There seems to be a lot of software development in this field with business being "hawked" around right, left and centre.

It would be helpful to me and no doubt many others if someone could explain (a short list of pluses will do) the benefits of buying and operating such a system.

Also, is there a recommended product list for the small tax and accounts practice (say 8 staff) to consider?

Efficiency
Richard,

We offer an integrated practice management solution (which incorporates CRM) by the name of DRIVE. The main pluses of going for practice management software are that you gain a complete picture of client activity, improved management of time, billing and communications, and gaining a platform that allows you to effectively market your business, gain new business, or add value added services to existing clients.

Add to that full integration with the Keytime Accountants Suite of Tax, Corporation Tax, P11D and Final Accounts software, and you can basically work smarter, and make more money.

There are of course a whole raft of possible benefits, but hopefully that gives you (and others) the gist of things.

If you would like a chat about the likely benefits for your practice, please drop me a line at [email protected], and I'll be happy to discuss this further.
