I have a client who wishes to buy 40% of a small retail business. We have both agreed on the initial offer of £20k. Does anyone have advice or a standard letter to put this offer to the seller in writing? What should the letter contain?
Also, I assume that a solicitor should draw up a partnership agreement, what other documents need to be completed to seal the deal?
