Y2K Disclosures
Has anyone seen any pronouncements etc as to when UITF 20 could be ignored? Most of us and our clients have got smoothly past 31.12.99 and we will soon know whether the 29 February has caused any problems. It therefore seems non-sensical to make reference in a set of accounts for example as at 31st Decmber 1999, which will be approved in March 2000.
