Insolvency Service winds up Chesterfield firms

Two Chesterfield accountancy and insolvency firms were wound up by the High Court in the public interest, after it was found they put client money at risk.

An investigation by the Insolvency Service (IS) found that records of two closely related firms, TAG (Chesterfield) Ltd and The Recovery Partnership, failed to explain their use of client money.
