Disincorporation relief: The lowdown

Disincorporation relief came into force on 1 April 2013 and is aimed at companies wanting to carry on their business activities through a non-corporate structure.

Thanks for your comment, Black Knight - but we have non-practitioner members of AccountingWEB too and have been compiling a Business Tax Library page for them during the past year or so.

The intention is to provide simple overviews of the different tax issues that affect business to cater for those accountants and business owner/managers who are not familiar with all the different requirements. We also suspect that occasionally some practitioners may also welcome quick reference guides to these topics too.
