Flexible Employee Benefits: take part in the CIPP survey

The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) is running a new survey on Flexible Employee Benefits. Participate now and be part of a cross-sector analysis into flexible benefits in the UK.

Salary sacrifice arrangements have been heavily debated on AccountingWEB and are increasingly being used, and not just by large companies, to create flexible employee remuneration packages.

But with HMRC’s crackdown on salary sacrifice schemes, there is a cloud hanging over flexible benefits, so it would be useful to collect some data to see how many businesses might be affected.

The CIPP would like to find out what type of flexible benefits you are being offered by your employer, whether it’s from childcare vouchers to salary sacrifice.

Some of the survey questions include:

• Which flexible employee benefits are offered by your employer?
• Does your employer offer salary sacrifice?
• How important are employee benefits to you as an employee?

This short survey is quick to complete and will be open until 11 January.
