Greene King appeals tribunal ruling

Brewer Greene King has appeared in the upper-tier tribunal against HMRC, appealing a 2012 decision that saw them lose a tax tribunal concerning a tax avoidance scheme.

Last year, the brewery lost a first-tier tribunal about a scheme involving a £300m internal loan between its companies.
