Charity wins Greentree's £150k software overhaul

Winning a £150,000 software overhaul sounds like a dream come true for most businesses.
However, for the winner of software house Greentree's GAME ON competition that saw 10 finalists battle it out in a public vote for that exact prize, it meant that little bit more.
Voted for by the public, charity Concern Universal scooped the fully installed software makeover, which will help them help people in need in Asia, Africa and South America.
The charity intend to make their new system accessible to their staff across the globe and they say having real-time visibility of their projects worldwide will revolutionise their work.
Concern Universal’s systems and services co-ordinator Vivienne Mair said: “The benefits will be huge. Having our data all in one place and being able to see it proactively won’t just benefit the UK office, it’ll benefit people at a country level too."
