FD ordered to repay employers £340,000

A finance director has been ordered to repay more than £340,000 in compensation to the employers he stole money from.

Andrew Richards, 46, is currently serving a three-year jail term for stealing more than £700,000 from employers by siphoning large sums of money into his accounts.

Richards took the money, using sophisticated methods to camouflage his seven-year catalogue of crimes, and used it to buy cars, holidays, jewellery, and pay off his mortgage.
