Tenon partners win Scottish court battle

A group of six former RSM Tenon partners have won a court battle in Scotland that will allow them to set up their own practice in Glasgow.

The partners - which include Charles Burton, Tom Arbuckle, John Blair, Raymond Clarke, David Holt and James Goodman - left Tenon in August and announced they were planning to start up a new firm, just days before the Tenon struck a pre-pack deal with Baker Tilly.
