Top 60 firms earn £11bn in 2012

Figures released in Accountancy magazine’s Top 60 table of UK firms buck the economy to grow their fee income by around 7%.

Firms in the league table earned just shy of £11bn last year, and while a number of contenders are battling to join the billion-plus a year league, the Big Four say their fees grow 8% during the year from £7.7bn to £8.4bn - accounting for 76% of the Top 60’s total income.
