Client feedback 'vital' to firms, says Xero


Client feedback: let's face it, it's not always easy to stomach. But whether the picture is good or bad, it's vital for your firm to receive and listen to in order to get ahead. 

Gary Turner, managing director of cloud accounting software firm Xero, advises accountants that it's crucial to listen to their clients, much in the same way his company listens to theirs. 

"We're a young and quite new company and we value customer feedback. In the past it's helped us to improve software, fix design flaws and generally progress," he said.
