September 22 - Meetings all day with potential new customer discussing the proposal we're making.
I take it as a sign that things are going well when customer wants to guide you on how to make sure a proposal really meets their needs and want to point out any stumbling blocks that might stop you getting business to ensure you don't include them.
I also have this strange belief that to take heed of what they say is wise if you really want the work.
The bad news is that means one bit needs reworking. But not much.
I'm not counting chickens yet mind you.
But I'll be doing more than that if we get this one.
