I have to say, this is fun

September 29 - I did something I like doing today. I signed overtime approvals. Not because something's gone wrong, but because we're making money and people have worked the extra hours.

I do like doing that.

I never understand those who resent paying people for what they do. I've always tried to pay fairly and well, and I don't quibble on silly stuff. It's always paid me back handsomely. If people enjoy work and know we'll keep our side of the bargain I find they do too.

And this week a lot of people here have pulled out stops. So I enjoyed signing off the additional pay that's due.
