Selling the accounts
January 18 - When talking about asking for suppliers accounts we realised how little we have been using our own accounts as a marketing tool of late.
They remain strong and our balance sheet is good.
We've decided to give them prominent space on our web site and runa commentary on how we're here as a long term stable partner for our customers.
There's no point letting a valuable asset go to waste. Well, not right now there isn't.

Credit Insurers
Do you present your numbers to Credit Insurers [e.g. Euler Hermes et al?].
They will have a big influence over the level of credit your suppliers are willing to give you. The more you can convince them that you have a strong balance sheet, the more they will be willing to underwrite your suppliers. This in turn could lead to higher credit limits, extended payment terms or improved pricing.
