This is my third week of weight gain. This week’s gain is the highest. In the last three weeks I have gained a total of 4lbs. Wiping of my biggest loss of 4lbs in week 23.
I cannot be specific what made me eat so much this week. I have been eating out a lot. Also I am no longer depressed. I want to be depressed to lose weight! This is stupid.
It will not be easy to lose the 4lbs I have gained. I am also going back to my old ways of eating when I am not hungry. I have lost my motivation. I really need to get back on track.
I have been feeling fat. It is not a nice feeling. Going up-hill on my bike is more difficult since I am carrying 4 extra pounds.
I need to get my motivation back. This may help. Why should I carry on losing weight?
- I will feel confident and have a great sense of achievement.
- Clothes will look better on me
- Better appeal to opposite sex
- Carrying less weight means I will not feel tired so easily
- I will live longer
- I will work far better
- I will look younger
- I won’t have to face the embarrassment through this blog!
I really do not want a gain again next week. I will keep thinking about above points when I cannot stop eating.
This week’s result– Gained 2.5lbs (Two and half a pounds!)
