We're winning on this
June 29 - Done the second round of meetings - but the good news is the simple one - which is that most of the right people have already indicated they're applying for the jobs I'd like them to go for.
We're making it easy. They can nominate themselves - CV's not required - or others can nominate them. The latter is very useful. It's "blind" (bar my secretary, who's got to know they're valid nominations) but that's telling us who people think the natural leaders are too. We're then allowed to ask them to apply. A great idea from the Chairman.
