CA2006, 6 months on - through the looking glass...

Well, it is now 6 months since the final implementation of the CA2006 and what a confusing 6 months it's been!  Struggles through the new form annual return; confusion over the "simplification" when each statutory form is now three times as long as the original 1985 form; what to put on the new form SH01...!

My view from talking to practitioners is that there is still a lot more to be learnt before everybody feels comfortable with the new legislation but what do you think??
