Remember, remember the 30th of September...

30th September sees the end of the grace period granted under the CA2006 to replace sole corporate directors in a limited company.  What this means is that if you have a limited company that has a sole corporate director then a "natural" person must replace them by 30th September otherwise the company will be in default.
