Has anyone used a capital allowances expert to get a value of fixtures etc in a building on which to claim capital allowances? Can anyone recommend a firm? I am no surveyor....

Client used to run an FHL and we had a CA pool. The property no longer qualifies as an FHL as it doesn't meet the letting days conditions.
