If you make a one-off purchase from a company in the EC and pays VAT of say £20, assuming that the UK company does not intend to claim VAT from the EC country, is the UK company supposed to reverse

HMRC have indicated that they will be implementing changes to the rules for registration for non-UK businesses providing goods or services to UK consumers.

We have have bought technology goods from a supplier in The Netherlands.
The goods were delivered directly from the supplier to the Dutch offices of a UK customer for use there.

Been making a claim for VAT from Republic of Ireland for a client.  The last claim made in October disappeared in space somewhere (according to HMRC).  I made the claim again but it has gone also.

On sales to a company in Jersey - what rate of VAT to charge on items normally charged in the UK at standard rate? They are not registered for VAT.

I am planning to start an online business. I expect my turnover to be above £70000. So I would need to be registered for VAT. Lets say I will put a price of £20 inclusive of VAT.

If supplier belongs outside the EC and the customer is UK Company who receives supply of services in another Member are there any VAT implications.
