Whilst I was unemployed back in 2011, HMRC allegedly "sent" me a tax return. I never got it, otherwise I would have called them and even if I had completed it as there was zero tax liable.

This company was never really in business - it was formed 2 months ago, but the director decided he doesn't need it.
